Description:
This spell has been tweaked up and down in usefulness a few times. It may be cast on self, on an NPC, or (in PK) on another player character. When the spell lands, it has a chance of removing one or more magical spells from the target. Pretty much anything from the 'affects' list can be dispelled away. The level of the spell relative to the level of the caster figures heavily into the success rate and the number of spells dispelled. Be careful of having sanctuary dispelled off you!
