Description:

This is a room-effect spell, not castable in combat. It makes all spells from a specified magical school not castable in that room. A skill school should be specified when the spell is cast, otherwise a random one will be chosen. The field can be dropped by 2-8 casts of a spell from the school. It is effective against both players and mobs.
