Description:

This is a room-effect spell, not castable in combat. It blocks the use of dispel magic and dispel area in the room. It may take up to six casts of a dispel area or dispel magic to drop this spell. The block is against both players and mobs. When said dispel area/magic finally does dissipate this affect, it is weakened.
