Long Desc: Baron Rothchild stands here with a mean look on his face.

Wearing a purple robe trimmed with gold and sporting a large family seal
in the center, the Baron seems slightly annoyed with your presence.  Years
of worrying over and looking after the town has taken their toll on him, as
his thin, elderly figure riddled with wrinkles hunch over a stack of
documents that report on the recent spate of violence in the town.  Sparse
strands of white hair cover an almost bald head and his gray eyes appear to
peer angrily at you.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
