My knights have informed me that the traitorous Lord Maldra is close to
setting into action his long awaited coup of my court. I have sent numerous
spies to the Keep on Beltane to investigate this matter, but the information
which has been given me is vague at best. Consult with my guards, and then
travel to the town of Pirate's Cove. Therein lives the Baron Rothchild, who
has managed to maintain an amicable relationship with Maldra which I find
suspicious at best. I understand that he talks openly of an alliance with
Maldra when he is under the influence. Give him the necessary libations,
and see if he reveals to you the nature of the plots against me. If he does
not talk, you have my permission to use whatever force necessary. May the
