Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has become apparent to me that to boost our struggling economy we must
lower tariffs and increase trade. While boosting global commerce runs
contrary to my rather isolationist tendencies, I also realize that I must
open trade to benefit the citizens of Sigil. I have contacted the Baron
Rothchild and informed him that I would be sending you as my personal
emissary to discuss trade negotiations with him. While visiting the Baron,
explore the town by which he lives and determine whether or not trade with
this city is necessary and desirable. Return to me sample items that are
informative of the quality of the workmanship in the local area. Based on
the results of your journey and negotiations, I will determine whether or
not, and under what circumstances to expand trade in Sigil. Good luck to
