Long Desc: Valanis is here, looking over a map.

Valanis is truly an old man, his white hair flowing raggedly down his
back.  He has maps of all sorts in his shop.  As a young man he wandered the
world, keeping information on where he went.  He looks down at his maps with
a look of confusion, which does not leave you with a confident feeling about
traveling the world using his maps.  His confused look vanishes as he sees
you approach.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
