NPC: A lich lord
Long Desc: An imposing undead figure looms above you staring at you with one decaying eye.

Before you stands Shadowstalker, leader of the lich lord council.  He is
a tall stately being dressed regally in dark crimson robes and a jewelled
mithril crown.  He walks with a stiff gait, his decaying form obvious by the
stench and the pieces of flesh that hang loosely about his body.  He was a
great mage that wanted immortality, and this was the way he chose acquire
it.  He stares malevolently at you with one eye while the other socket
stares vacantly.  He mutters and his mouth clatters due to the lack of lips
and skin on his face.
He is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
