Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
As the lord of the mighty town of Rune and leader in the civilized world,
I feel it is partly my duty to help deliver our brethren of nearby dungeons
into our great world. Visit them in their lands, bringing them gifts from
our world to persuade them to come to the light. Take gifts of all kinds,
showing our cultural prowess. Then report to some of my close knights how
your crusade went, telling them of the sights you have seen. As I expect we
will get a rush of immigrants coming into our town, I would like you to also
visit my Guard Captain, Raksann. Explain to him the circumstances and tell
him to prepare for the coming groups.
