NPC: A storm giant
Long Desc: A very large storm giant lurks here, waiting for a feast.

With no apparent means of support, this giant stands casually among the
clouds.  The footing feels none-too-stable to you and you cannot imagine
what is keeping this massive humanoid aloft.  His purpose seems to be to
protect the cloud kingdom so with a leery glance at his bulging muscles you
try to look harmless.
He is a giant approximately 25'0" tall.
