Long Desc: The judge of the Avros Federal Court presides over a criminal case.

The justice sits at the bench overseeing the evidence presented to the
jury.  Facing the defendant who is charged with a heinous crime, the judge
tries to maintain an open mind until all the evidence has been presented.
His care-worn face shows he feels the burden of his position all too well.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
