This quest [678] is called 'Law and Order',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Due to increased numbers of crimes and the small number of criminals
caught, Lord Telleri would like you to go research our justice and legal
systems. He is concerned that those who are involved in keeping they peace
might be corrupt, so he asks you to research the town guards. Should you
find any disloyal guards, bring them in for trial. The court system, while
not perfect, has been faltering also. Journey to the courthouse and set
them on the right path again. Our closest neighbor to the north, the town
of Templeton, is also rampant with crime and as a show of friendship I would
like you to also speak to the courts there. In addition observe the city
guards there as well. Report your findings back here when you have
completed your quest.
