NPC: Lieutenant Taelsia
Long Desc: A fiery woman is here, lecturing the newest cadets on proper fighting technique.

Captain Rynus' second in command, Lieutenant Taelsia has worked hard to
become the officer she is today.  Originally denied a post in the all male
Sigilian Guard, she accepted an offer from Rynus to come to Genauras and
train the men under his command.  While she is a very attractive woman, she
is not interested in what she sees as pointless romantic overtures.  She is
dedicated to her work and is not willing to let anyone interfere with it.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
