NPC: Captain Rynus
Long Desc: Rynus, captain of the guard, sits behind his desk.

A proud man, Captain Rynus is never seen out of his uniform.  His eyes
are dark grey, accented by his greying hair.  His men jokingly call him
iron-heart, but nothing could be farther from the truth.  His devotion to
his duty is only surpassed by his care for his men.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
