NPC: A senior citizen
Long Desc: A senior citizen wanders aimlessly.

The man is wrinkled and very old.  He has a beard that is white as snow
and reaches down to the floor.  He is bent over from old age.  He must be in
his late 90s or 100s.  His clothes are worn and tattered although very
clean.  He is very tall and thin and seems to be lacking adequate food and
drink.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
