Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
New Rigel has become very well known for its cultural opportunities. In
fact, tour groups from Lowangen often travel here to enjoy the local
attractions. Of late, travel has gotten rougher due to bandits along the
trails, so Lord Vashir has agreed to dispatch adventurers to accompany these
tour groups to ensure that their travel is unhindered. You are to go to
Lowangen and meet up with the tour group then lead them back to New Rigel
for their tour. After conducting them on their tour and seeing them safely
back to Lowangen you will be well rewarded for your services.
