Description of Fighting Dirty:
Every magnate, and thus their lands and people, has enemies. Rarely does
this result in open confrontation: as that avenue can be particularly costly
and have undesired consequences for all. There are, however, other ways to
fight against nobles of other territories without the use of overwhelming
arms or open confrontation. I'm speaking of assassination, espionage, and
sabotage. I fear that I do not have any people under my hire that are
capable of conducting or impeding such acts so we are at a definite
disadvantage in these more subversive forms of battle. I require you to
seek out and interview those of note within this profession. Reliable
sources have informed me that you may find such people in Sigil, Vesuvius,
New Rigel, Templeton, Arcane, and Shadow Castle. If you return in good time
with the information I require, you will be rewarded handsomely.

Fighting Dirty consists of:
Phase 1: Journey to
Within the Halls of Stealthy Pilfering.
There is a hidden alley west on South Arnica Avenue in Sigil, near the south gate. Look for the room description that says something about noticing movement. From there, follow the dark alley all the way to the end. You may have to search west at the end of the alley to find the room. Also be careful because the room is trapped with fire/ice damage. —
