This quest is called 'A New Order of Knights',
for Adventurers levels 180 to 220.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently I received an invitation to a knighting ceremony in Sigil. I
feel this is another attempt by Lord Vendredi to show off his impressive
orders of knights to us. In light of this, I feel it is time for us to get
a knight order of our own. You may attend the ceremony in Sigil castle,
and, following the ceremony, make contact with the knight leaders. You
shall make a proposal to them asking if they wish to defect. Should this
fail, go to the neighboring towns of Vospire and Diocletion and recruit some of their talented youngsters. All of New Rigel is counting on you!
