This quest [426] is called 'Merchant Expedition',
for Adventurers levels 181 to 241.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Though not as large as some of the other nearby cities, Sigil is still
well known for the amount of trade that goes on inside its walls. It is no
secret that the citizens and leaders of Sigil do their very best to promote
this, and whenever someone else thinks of something before they do, it makes
them more than a little upset. Lord Vendredi has recently received a
petition from some of his merchants complaining that Diocletian has
surpassed them yet again in the world market. The merchants requested Lord
Vendredi to send an adventurer on an information gathering expedition. You
are expected to complete everything on this list, and the merchants have
offered to reward you quite handsomely. Also, Lord Vendredi asks that while
you're in Diocletian you stop by and deliver this gift to the Empress.
