Description of Time is of the Essence!:
I have been informed of an impending invasion of Tellerium from a
reliable source. This information has greatly alarmed me and i need someone
to pass this information on to the guild trainers, telling them to bring out
all their weapons. Also, please convey this message to the guards. They
will know what to do and start gearing up. Lastly, please inform the
governor and my wife to seek shelter in the hospital. Go now, for grave
danger is upon us and time is not on our side! Upon your return you shall
be greatly rewarded for your service.
