Description of Local Law:
Adventurers! It has come to my attention that there are several crooked
law enforcement people in my town. The things I have been hearing from the
people cause me great alarm. It would seem that even my shopkeepers are
afraid for their lives and their businesses due to the unruly wrath of these
conniving men. I fear an uprising unless I get this situation under control
and in a hurry. Please seek out these offenders and deal with them at once.
Report to the General's Office for further instruction. Please return that
stolen badge to me. I know I can count on your assistance as you have never
let me down in the past.
