Questmaster: Lord Vendredi [Sigil]
This quest is called 'Asylum Seekers', for Adventurers levels 90 to 120.
Description of Asylum Seekers:
Sigil has long been known as a great city, one where wealth and prosperity
flow around all of the citizens of the city. With a reputation like this,
the flood of refugees from surrounding towns has become ever present.
A Foreign Dignitary, currently visiting Diocletian on behalf of his leaders,
has almost finished his tour there, then he will come to Sigil to talk
with me. His leaders conduct great power in their region, and their alliance
would benefit us greatly. I require you to remove any refugees and such
from the streets in preparation for his visit. Please go about this very
discreetly, as not to attract the attention of the rest of our citizens.
Also, pay the dignitary a visit in Diocletian to inform him that all is
being readied for his visit.
