The proud city of Tellerium's many thriving industries are constantly
attracting new residents and encouraging development. However, the one
problem this creates is great demand for new real estate. Therefore
property reclamation is very important, so all available space can be put to
use if idle. Your task will be to journey to various locations that are not
being utilized to their full extent, and make sure they are safe for
construction crews to visit and improve. Once you have done so, report back
to the courthouse so they can issue the order to proceed with the job.
