This quest is called 'Slash and Dash', for Adventurers levels

Description of Slash and Dash:
Recently I have heard rumors that our neighboring towns, Vospire and
Diocletian, have created more powerful weapons than we currently have in
Sigil, and that their troops are much stronger than ours. This news
troubles me and I am worried that they may try to invade us. Therefore I
need a brave adventurer like you to start collecting weapons from all our
great towns and deliver them to our weapon experts for further examination.
Also while you are in the neighboring towns, fight some of their so called
"elite" soldiers and tell me what you think of them. This quest is of the
utmost importance, as if they do try to invade, this information could be
the deciding factor in holding them off.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
80 quest points,
8 practice points,
50000 experience points, and
18000 gold pieces.

Phase 4: Locate and deliver
brass knuckledusters to
Snakos.
Brass knuckledusters are from Chalmes in Ilandrama Library, Snakos is a hidden room in Sigil Castle. —

a hairless rodent to
Demonia.
Hairless Rodent is from blue knights in Sigil Castle, Demonia is a few south of Vendredi, usually. —

Phase 7: Locate and deliver
a silver throwing axe to
Lysle.
Silver Throwing Axe from Silver Knights. Lysle wanders Sigil Castle, can often be found in The Council Chambers on the west side of the castle. —

a bumblebee stinger to
Kanthar.
Bumblebee Stinger obtained from bumblebees in Diocletian. Kanthar is in the hidden east in the east side of Illadrama library. —
