Questmaster: Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel]
This quest is called 'Townsman Troubles!', for Adventurers levels 40 to 59.
Description of Townsman Troubles!:
I have heard many complaints recently from the good residents of this
town. They seem to think that our town is a haven of miscreants and rogues
who leech off the honest residents of this town. This is a major problem as
this town would be nothing without the hard working people who make it what
it is. I need you to go to Xaventry and Lowangen to see if they are also
experiencing problems. Visit some of their residents and ask them what they
think of their respective town. Then compare their comments to the thoughts
of our local townsfolk. After this is done I need you to visit Cornelius
Agrippa because he is known for the happiness of his subjects and I need a
few pointers on how to satisfy the masses. If you do this quickly you shall
be well rewarded for your service to New Rigel.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 44 quest points, 4 practice points, 17000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
