Description of Corruption!:
The Captain of the guard informs me that several of his guards have been
spotted taking bribes from civilians so that they will not report crimes
committed by the said civilians. I can't believe that any guard in his
right mind would do this, but regardless; I want you to investigate the
problem and deal with the involved if it proves to be true. Make haste!
