This quest is called 'Seven Pieces of Eight',

A new power is rising in the east, people are calling her the goddess of the
seas. The Council of Seven have joined again to decide what action needs to
be taken. There is a myth that she can be contained using a special
enchantment that binds her. For this we require seven items to bind her
with, we require you to go find us special items that will do just this.

Phase 2: Recover a wooden token.
Phase 3: Recover a fire token.
Phase 4: Recover a token for Capture the Flag passage.
Phase 5: Recover a talon file.
Phase 6: Recover a rose-colored shard.
Phase 7: Recover a black tourmaline.
