Years ago, I commissioned the building of a bell tower for the fine
people of Rune. Please inspect the tower, ensuring there are no vagrants or
wildlife making their homes there, check on the condition of the bell itself
and check on the bell ringer. Take great care, the bell tower is a spot of
powerful magic and the unwary may find himself in extreme danger.
