This quest is called 'My Scrolls are Missing!', for Adventurers levels 10 to 35.
Description of My Scrolls are Missing!:
I was looking through my scrolls and seem to have some missing. Spell
casting isn't normally allowed in Tellerium but there are times when a Lord
needs his magic. I need you to visit the various people I have listed to
see if they have replacements or if they can scribe me some new scrolls.
Look for any suspicious characters also on your way. May the Powers guide
and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 3 practice points, 15000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
You have 120 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
My Scrolls are Missing! consists of:
Phase 1: Visit A street thug.
wanders streets of tellerium — Revolution
Phase 2: Visit The cartographer.
tellerium cartography, west side of gulf street — Revolution
Phase 3: Locate and deliver a page of parchment to A postal clerk.
from fountain 2 west, 1 south. shop buy 2 then hand it to him — Revolution
Phase 4: Visit A hardworking librarian.
from fountain all east, 5 south, 2 west, north — Revolution
Phase 5: Visit Kessler.
