Description of School is in Session!:
In recent surveys of Alyria's educational institutions, our great town of
Sigil was ranked far lower than I had hoped. I feel this placement was made
in error and I would like you to present a report to me after visiting the
various learning centers that were ranked higher. You will find the
competing institutions in Diocletian, Vospire, Rune, New Rigel, and Arcane.
When you return with your findings we should be able to present an appeal,
and perhaps restore Sigil's reputation that was sullied by this erroneous
survey!
