Description of He's Gone Round the Bend!:
The castle advisor has gone completely round the bend I tell you! He
stays up there in my late husband's throne room, with that horrible spirit
warping his mind. I have need of him too and it upsets me that he spends
more time with the dead than the living. This is obviously a problem of the
mind so I wish for you to consult with the specialists in that field and see
what we should do to help him. I would like for you to help out our castle
advisor as soon as possible as I fear he may never recover if we delay.

This mobile can be found wandering the main floor of Templeton Castle. Specifically, this mobile can be found in the northwestern section. —

Phase 4: Journey to
Lord Templeton's Throne Room.
This location is semi-high traffic CPK room. This room can be found on the second floor of Templeton Castle, towards the west side. Go into the east entrance to lord Templeton's throne room and head into the CPK to complete this phase. —
