It is the time of year when trick o' treaters come out of the woodwork and
the citizens of our fair city need something with which to fend them off.
Journey forth to the surrounding localities of the continent, including the
Hill Giant's Refuge and Lonely Dragon Inn, amongst others. Bring back
whatever treats you can find to appease them! Only large quantities of
sugar will keep us from being completely overrun this All Spirits' Eve.
