Description of The Justice System:
People need to become more familiar with the workings of the judicial
branch of this continent as they do not truly understand the efforts of
these offices to make the land safe for all. I want you to visit the people
who make this system work so well to get a better perspective of what they
do and some of their suggestions for helping the people understand their
role in the security of the land. Report back to me with all the
information you gather so that we can develop a plan to ensure that these
hard working servants get the recognition they deserve. Your assistance
will be well rewarded upon your speedy completion of this task.

This mobile can be found in the prison cells of the Tellerium Prison. The Tellerium Prison can be found off of the southern end of Draper Street in Tellerium. —

A court reporter.
This mobile can be found off in the Avros Courthouse in Tellerium off of the west end of Freelance Ave. —

Phase 4: Journey to
Avros Federal Court.
This room is located in the Templeton Courthouse off the southern part of Market Square in Templeton. —

Phase 5: Visit
Thanatosis.
This mobile can be found in a high traffic CPK area, the Torture Chamber in the northeastern section of the basement floor of Templeton Castle. —

Phase 6: Visit
Federal Judge Powers.
This mobile can usually be found in the Templeton Courthouse in the southern part of Market Square. This mobile seems to be wander-happy and is very prone to be being killed. —

Phase 7: Defeat
A gang member.
Mostly found in the northeastern parts of Templeton in or around Orchard Boulevard. (Aggressive mobile towards non-faerie races) —
