Description of Enemy At The Gates:
Recently new enemies of Sigil have been popping up all around the town.
I am starting a new policy to go after the evil ones before they can gain
power in Sigil. I need you to go out and meet with our local military and
militia men. Then you must visit some places of strategic importance for
the city defense. Lastly, I need you to locate anyone who lives outside the
city's protection. Return to me quickly!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
40 quest points,
4 practice points,
19500 experience points, and
7500 gold pieces.

Enemy At The Gates consists of:
Phase 1: Visit
Grolam.
Can be found wondering around The Courtyard of Vendredi. —
Vur
Phase 2: Visit
Gunther.
Can be found in the Stables on the west side of the Courtyard of Vendredi. —
Vur
Phase 3: Visit
Alioth Flint.
Alioth Flint is in the Library of Ilandrama in Sigil. Go down, into the sewer, all south, then up. Get past Kalied by either killing him or answering his riddle, then got south a few rooms to Alioth. —
Tejon
Phase 4: Defeat
The neo-mindflayer.
Enter the mirror where Kanthar is in the Ilandrama Library. Go one north of the room it transport you to. You will need Levitation. —
