This quest [82] is called 'Asleep on the Job!',

Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has come to my attention that the guards in Vospire are failing in
their duties. The vampire thieves have their run of Vospire, wreaking havoc
on the innocent civilians. I need you to seek out and kill one of the
elusive thieves, then make an example of one of the delinquent guards.
However, I see no reason to waste a well-forged sword, so make sure to
recover that after dealing with the guard.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 8,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 2,000 gold pieces.
