Long Desc: A shadowy figure lurks in the dark.

You glance at the shadowy figure and realize you are looking into
blackness, a pale white face emerges, with blood on his fangs.  With a
dagger in hand, he scowls at you.  His dark clothing seems to fade into the
darkness, dragging it with him.  A master thief, you best hold on to your
purse and personal belongings.
He is a vampire approximately 5'6" tall.
