Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
I would like young adventurers from Lasler to come to Rune to live. This
will bring more sources of money into the city, promoting our economy. I
want you to make Rune more hospitable by talking with the city guards about
assisting the young ones and removing some of our less pleasing residents
from the city. I would also appreciate if you put together a 'welcome
basket' of some sort. Go now, and may the Powers aid you!
