Long Desc: A bag lady is walking around town looking for people to take pity on her.

This poor old woman is reduced to walking around town with a cart full of
old things.  What she has in her cart amounts to her entire life savings.
She is wearing ratty clothing and a terribly old hat.  She is in her upper
60's and is in bad need of food, sleep, and money.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
