This quest [1427] is called 'Unhappy Alcoholics',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 100.
Lady Templeton [Templeton] is the master in charge of this quest.
Help me! The local taverns have recently started charging more for their
beverages than ever before This has upset many of our residents and
petitions have been circulated to express the people's feelings about this
situation. Given the number of signatures obtained it looks like I may be
looking at quite a crisis as the people may well riot if something is not
done. Please do whatever you can to make the people of Templeton happy
again. You will have my gratitude and an ample reward for your efforts!

Phase 3: Locate and deliver a glass of dwarvish whiskey to A cafe patron.

Phase 4: Locate and deliver a glass of dark rum to A flasher.

Phase 5: Visit Faltel.
