Long Desc: A beggar is in the streets begging for money.

A beggar is standing here in the streets begging for money.  He is
dressed in rags and has an awful stench to him.  You can tell he hasn't
bathed in months.  He is holding out his hat waiting for donations from
those who pass by.  It can only be hoped that he will invest some of the
money donated to him for a good meal and a hot bath.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
