I was taking an early morning fog walk through my lovely city, and was
shocked by the level of depravity and violence taking place on the streets
of my beloved Templeton. Flashers exposed themselves to me, I witnessed
vicious gang members attack those weaker than them, and homeless wandered
the streets looking hungry and cold. Not only is the safety of visitors to
Templeton of great concern to me, it is also the reputation of Templeton
that needs to be preserved. I simply cannot rest knowing this sort of
behavior is occurring in this civilized city. This is where you, trusted
adventurer, can help me clean up this town. Please rid the town of its more
offensive riff raff, and help feed and clothe the less fortunate. Go make
this town a better place, and hurry back to collect your reward.
