This quest is called 'Mental Magical Defense', for Adventurers levels
55 to
250.
Description of Mental Magical Defense:
As a PSIONIC, you can use the power of your mind to redirect combat
magic that is targeted at you. I have heard that there is a deranged
soothsayer in Lowangen that can show PSIONICS how to cast the spells
'NULLIFICATION FIELD' and CANCELLATION. The first one will help you
battle spells that have already been cast, while the second will help you
block incoming spells. Head to the library here in Sigil and consult
Chalmes about where to find the soothsayer. If he does not know exactly, he
probably knows someone who does. Hurry and master these spells, as they
will give you an advantage when fighting other mages.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
