Greetings Adventurer! That time of year has come again when all the bars
and taverns under my jurisdiction need to have their licenses renewed and
their annual fees paid. As all my clerks and officials are currently
occupied with other state business at this moment, I would like to call upon
your assistance in this matter. Therefore, journey to all these
establishments both here in Sigil, and in Vospire, and check on their
current license status. At the same time ensure that these alcoholic
outlets are being run in the manner befitting the Sigilian way of life. As
a very special favour, there is an exquisite tasting ale that I would like
you to bring me. Unfortunately, I cannot remember its name, but I do know
that it is brewed from a medicinal plant that is found here in Sigil. Do
this for me and upon your return you will be rewarded well.
