This quest is called 'The Rabid Run', for Adventurers levels
40 to
80.
Description of The Rabid Run:
A traveling merchant who passed by a few days ago seems to have left us
with a little "present" - several of our animals seem to have gone rabid.
If this onslaught of rabies is allowed to continue, the entire population
may be infected! Thus far our numerous veterinarians and doctors have kept
this disease suppressed, but they are running out of vaccines and antidotes.
I fear that this disease will plague Sigil for time to come if it is not
dealt with now, at its first appearance. So, in light of this, I want you
to destroy any animal that you see who has even a chance of spreading this
disease. Also, please, make certain that the captain of the guards of Sigil
knows of your progress after you complete your task.

Phase 3: Defeat
A plagued rat.
In sewer in Sigil. Go 5 S from the intersection of Tarragon and Myrrh Streets to get to the entrance to the sewer (may have to search for the down). —
