Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
The parties thrown at Lord Vashir's Palace are famous for their
extravagance and an invitation is prized by nobles from across Alyria. One
of the things that makes his parties so memorable is the party favors he
provides for his guests. Another party is just around the corner and Lord
Vashir has decided to do throw a party for great warriors from across Alyria
and wants to give weapons to each of his guests. You should travel to
Lowangen and gather the favors to help make the party a great success. If
you are quick, perhaps Lord Vashir will permit you to attend the party too!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 35 quest points, 4 practice points, 24,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 0 piety, and 5,000 gold pieces.
