Description of Prison Reform:
The condition of our jail is most frightening! How can I improve the
reputation of this town unless each and every part of it is the best it can
be? I think some new leadership methods are needed. Visit the warden of
Vospire and interview him to gather ideas. I think the prison staff needs
new equipment in line with the latest law enforcement techniques so that
they can better do their jobs. Next free a prisoner from our jail with this
writ of amnesty if he gives you information for your report. I have
received a list of malefactors that truly deserved incarceration or worse so
they should be dealt with as well. I know you are one of a handful of loyal
adventurers who can handle such a weighty matter This may take great effort,
but your assistance will earn you my gratitude and an ample reward.
