This quest is called 'Sneaky Buggers',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 90.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Every Wednesday I take a little stroll around town. And one night I was
walking down Pine Road and I see a rapscallion pop out of nowhere and rob an
innocent civilian. I was outraged and immediately called the guards to
capture this robber. I later find out from King Cronus that he is having
the same problem in his town of Lowangen. I am afraid this ordeal might
scare away our tourists. Unless you are an elf like me, your going to need
an item or an herb to heighten your senses, so that you will be able to find
these hidden creatures. Find this item, and stop as many as these beings in
New Rigel as you can. Go Lowangen and get rid of thieves there, I think
King Cronus would greatly appreciate it. I will hold you in highest of
regards and reward you greatly if you do this for me.
