Description of Jani-what?:
I've just received a most troubling communication from my colleague and
friend Lady Undya. She claims that a traveler from her town of Xaventry
reported upon his return that Templeton was absolutely filthy. I've not
been outside the castle since Lord Templeton passed away, but my castle
janitor tells me that we have a significant number of janitors so our town
should be spic and span. Additionally, we've had a volunteer janitor
program underway which should have filled in any gaps in the paid staff's
coverage. What I would like to know is why we are being ranked so poorly by
travelers. Go out and find some answers for me so that any problem can be
remedied. You will have my thanks as well as a just reward.

You get these from the janitors in Templeton, you'll need to find 3-5 pieces of trash first found around Templeton and then give them to a janitor to get a patch —

Located in the burial chamber of Lord Templeton, all east on apple street. Follow the path to the end. —
