Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Within the last couple of months my guards have become much more diligent
in their training and things have gotten rather rough on the training
fields. As a result several of our finest weapons have been damaged or
destroyed during these exercises. With rumors of increasing hostility
coming to us from other lands I fear that I cannot allow these weapons to
not be replaced as soon as possible. Your task will be to seek out the
weapons on the list below so that our arsenal can be kept ready for both
future training and possible battle. Some of them may be difficult to
obtain but the reward for your efforts shall be more than suitable!
