The unique design of this building allows for lively patterns which face
and punctuate the enframements of arches and niches of the church.  The
complexity of surfaces and details of the columns and floor mosaics is
characteristic of the effort found in the rest of the palace.  Looking up
to your east and north support the building, giving the central axis to your
southwest a truncated pyramid appearance.  
A common worshipper of the Diocletian Cathedral attends mass.
